The story of Alexander's Ham Company began back in 1950, when Carl Alexander, Sr. and his brother Gus set out to carry on a proud family tradition started on their father’s farm in Landis, North Carolina. What started with curing hams, shoulders, and side meat in a simple outbuilding behind Carl’s house quickly grew into a trusted local staple known for exceptional care and unmatched quality.
